This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Can any owner of a T420 measure the horizontal and vertical dimensions of their screen (not including the bezel) for me?

    EDIT: Nevermind ... It's (16/9) * (14^2 / ((16/9)^2 + 1))^0.5 x (14^2 / ((16/9)^2 + 1))^0.5, which is 12.2" x 6.9" ... or you could just use http://members.ping.de/~sven/dpi.html.

    EDIT: Got to see a T420 IRL the other day, the 16:9 screen isn't as bad as I thought, so I ordered one. :)
