I have a problem with my (amazing :notworthy: ) T510... after returning from hiberation, I am unable to adjust the screen brightness using the Fn keys OR from the power management software. I have to close and reopen the lid and only then I can adjust the brightness. I should stress that closing the lid has no function in my setup.

    Thanks,
    Chen

this is a bug and a known problem for which there is no fix. I close and reopen my lid every time this happens. happens from sleep as well.

We should all prostrate ourselves and give thanks that at least there is a solution by closing and reopening the lid. What more can one want ...? :)

That's what I also do with my ThinkPad SL510.
