    ThinkPad T60 & T60P Differences

    Besides the extra "p" at the end, I noticed that T60p uses FireGL and T60 uses ATi X1400. Other than that, is there any difference between two? :rolleyes:

    That's it. There is nothing else that is different between the two. As a side note, the FireGL is the equivalent to a Radeon X17/X1800 I believe. So if you do more workstation graphics you may want to consider the T60p.

    FireGL V5250 is based on X1700.It's twice as powerful as X1400.

    That's it, I'll use FireGL V5250 for gaming (Oblivion). And hope that I won't need a video card patch for it. :D

    Good discount ongoing for ThinkPad. Do you guys know how long will Lenovo takes to build/ship T60p on average?
