This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    14.1 wide you can finfd it in Lenovo Z-series.

    Except the Z series 14" doesn't have a real GPU option like the T60 14".

    Now, I've done all my Vaio research but the Lenovo's are starting to beat out the Sony with specs for price.

    i'm with you guys. i've been waiting to buy a laptop since july. first, i was waiting for the Core 2's to see if i would get a Z, T, or Macbook.

    then... i was filled with the hope of a wide screen T60 with a standalone GPU!

    now... it looks like the wait continues.

    do any of the knowledgeable insiders have any idea if a 14 inch widescreen T60 is a remote possibility in the near future?
