    Hello Forum and Dear Experts,

ThinkPad T60, running WIN XP does not detect any internet at all, either wireless or wired. Tried different browsers (Firefox, Safari, Chrome.)
Also, tried to connect from different locations like friend's house, school, home, but no use :(
    Please advise!

    Thank you!

Shut down any security/encryption you have setup to see if that's blocking it. You may wish to disable Access Connections to see if that helps. Lastly, you might want to try Linux disc to see if the hardware is working.

Are your drivers installed? Can you ping Google through CMD? Does it say connected or it cannot see any connections? Or does it only say local only?

Wired and wireless, doesnt work! cannot even detect a network or internet connectivity at all! if it was only wireless, i wouldve thought of re-installing the drivers, but even wired connection doesnt work ;( Ping doesnt find the host.
