    Question,
I'm trying to only use my fingerprint reader (usb) to replace having to remember passwords ect..I don't want to have to use any of the Security Soloutions program..Dont like Lenovo's password manager either..I just want to log in to my bank, credit card, sites with just a fingerswipe..Is that possible ?

Well, you do need the Thinkvantage Fingerprint Solutions software to save the fingers which you'll be using to identify yourself in Windows, and I think that's about all it can do.

But when navigating the web though, you'd need the ThinkVantage Client Security Solutions or an addon to Firefox if any.

Hav the fingerprint software loaded..Just dont want to hav to deal with passwords ..Defeats the purpose of having a fingerprint reader..Instead of typing in passwords,logins,ect..I just want to swipe my finger over the reader, and it loads ! ! It works on boot but thats it ! ! Not sure how to get it running on any thing else...
