    I found online reports that Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Workstation Dock was designed for Thinkpad P1. However, when I put an order for P1, Lenovo recommended accessories include both

    ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Workstation Dock (Model name: 40AN0230US)
    and
    ThinkPad USB 3.0 Ultra Dock (Model name: 40A80045US)

    Does ThinkPad USB 3.0 Ultra Dock work with Thinkpad P1?

    The new Workstation Dock is over $400, and I can easily find a cheap used Ultra Dock on eBay. If I go Ultra Dock, what do I miss?
