Was just watching Chuck and his W500 is displayed pretty prominently in a few scenes. Screen caps attached. :)

EDIT: they're not actually screen caps, just some photos I took quick using my point & shoot camera, using the pause feature on my DVR. So yeah, not the best quality, but still cool.

Oh one more thing: does anyone know where I could get one of those all-white Windows logo decals? I kinda like the look! :)

Obviously that logo was put on by the studio, so not to advertise IBM/Lenovo (copyright restrictions).

Thinkpads are used in FOX's Human Target as well (I believe they're T400's).

I think they're also paid to promote Windows. They had it on a random netbook too.

And if they wanted to hide it was a Thinkpad and from Lenovo, maybe they should of blacked out the logo and model number and...it's a freakin Thinkpad, not exactly a generic design

People might mistaken something like that for a Mac. I am completely satisfied with the way the plain black look.

Dell server systems use to be shown as well. Cisco is the very obvious technology sponsorship though.

Not more--I don't like the marketing stickers on the palmrest, they're always gone within a day or two of owning a new laptop. But for some reason I really like the look of that plain white win 7 logo on the lid. So sue me! LOL.

weird that they would have a Windows sticker where there is no logo, but made no attempt to cover up the Lenovo and W500 branding. Anyways, I agree with the OP, I want a Windows logo decal! :D

So contact the studio that made the movie. ;)

Most likely Microsoft gave the ok, and Lenovo said no. :)
