    Hi.

    I am in the process of purchasing ThnkPad X240.
    Lenova has champion this machine to be getting up to 20 hrs of battery time if you include a 6 cell battery with the 3 cell.

    Can anyone give me what's the average estimate of battery time you are getting having a 6 +3 cell on this machine?

    I realize it's subjective. Battery time is skewed based on cpu usage, memory etc...
    I read on Lenova support an owner getting only 6 hrs web surfing, reading pdf, writing in word. No games, no movies, no music.

    I get 4-5 hours of proper work.

    I get 5-6 hours of films, reading books, WiFi off etc.

    I have the 3+3 battery configuration.
