a quick google showed that you need to try, and do, one or all of the following:

reseat harddrive, disconnect battery first and unplug from outlet of course

go into bios and disable pxe boot/boot with lan

if you shut down your system and removed a sdcard or external harddrive maybe, etc. while it was shutting down....reinstall/connect that card/drive while system is off and then start up the machine

in bios make sure your harddrive is first in boot order

try starting up with ethenet cable connected, then try disconnected if needed

    ^^ same with wifi

    ............

    hope that helps

Does the hard drive show up in BIOS? You can extract it and buy a hard drive to USB adapter and try to plug it in on another machine.
