The T500/W500 WSXGA+ screen is rated at 200 nits.
The W500's WUXGA screen is rated at 150 nits.

The WSXGA+ is brighter, and according to several users/reviews, more evenly backlit.

There was a MaxBright screen on the Z60m, which I believe was 300 nits.

Choice is yours, so there is no "best". If you want the higher possible density screen, get a WUXGA. If you don't want such an "extreme" screen, go for the WSXGA+. Plenty of people prefer it. Others (like me) love the WUXGA. Very very clear. It needs a bit more tweaking with software than WSXGA+, but that is not difficult. It is plenty bright enough for indoor work. I would not want or need it any brighter, unless I was working in direct sunlight - in which case I would probably consider a double-lit W700 WUXGA, or a LED screen (in a Dell). My screen is evenly lit. A beautiful screen.
