I'm sorry guys, i really tried to search for a solution for this but nothing that was suggested seemed to work. Basically just reinstalled windows 7 with SP1 and when i tried to do a ThinkVantage System Update it gets stuck at <33% then shows this error "Exception Not Expected was encountered". I've tried modifying the .xml file (didn't work), reinstalled the TVSU software countless times (didn't work).

I think it may be internet connection related and not system related actually. I ran it literally hours ago with a crappy wifi connection and got that error. Moved to a different hot spot and it worked fine. Never have had issues with it beforehand either.
