The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    ThinkVantage productivity center not working

    Edit: Problem solved :)

    The blue button didn't work (worked before), and clicking on Thinkvantage productivity center on the start menu also didn't work (nothing happened). Called IBM tech support, the rep led me through the lenovo download site to download the driver (I think) for the ThinkVantage prod. center, run setup and restart computer, and then it worked! He said anything such as other software could have caused this. What I had done before it stopped working was installing various software programs and creating rescue and recovery discs (this is my brand new computer).
