    Thinkpad 11/a/b/g/n shows up during config

    I was just pricing up a Z61p, and it gave me the option to add a wireless-n card.

    Wasn't sure if anyone had actually seen them yet since the announcement

    I am glad that you brought this matter up.

    I also took a look at the T60 page and saw the following statement: [​IMG]

    An option of 11n was not listed in the configuration page, though.

    I called Levono and talked to a rep who offered to change my previous order of 11a/b/g to 11n for an additional $30.

    I'm waiting to make sure that the new N-cards are linux-compatible

    hopefully, they're still Atheros cards...

    My rep just told me yesterday that we are looking at 3-4 weeks for the new card! Just wanted to pass the info along...of course he also told me that 11/10 still looked good for my ship date and I woke up this morning to find a shipment email sent to me yesterday a four hours after he told me the 10th? So what do they know? :)
