    Well it is more complicated than that. I am out of the 1 year warranty that the mouse comes with from Lenovo, but I bought the mouse with my credit card. This doubled my warranty to 2 years and I am going through them to get it fixed/replaced. One of the things they want is the official warranty statement with all the "legalese".
