Hi, we have about 30+ Thinkpad L440 laptops and basically 1/5 of the time the laptops either fail to come out of sleep and sit at a black screen or take 2-3 mins to do so.

The only solution seems to be to wait, or force restart the PC.

All drivers are up to date, and it makes no difference if the laptops are using Windows 8 or 10

Does anyone know how to solve this or what could be the problem?

    Thanks
