I'm planning to order an R61i laptop, and will need to go with an EVDO WWAN solution. I wanted to know if these laptops use the ExpressCard technology, or the old PC Card or PCMCIA slot.

I'd search the lenovo forums, but I can't seem to find the advanced search feature.

    Thanks!

I believe they can be configured with both.

Thanks! next question. Does this laptop have ExpressCard/34 or ExpressCard/54.

    ExpressCard/34 = 34 millimeters
    ExpressCard/54 = 54 millimeters
