    I wouldn't take it if someone gave it to me other than to sell, let alone pay $5,000 for it.

    It looks far uglier than I thought it would. It looks like an x61 thrown in some loose leather cover. 5000?! You have to be kidding me. The design looks amateurish, haphazard, and poorly thought out.

    yeah... if the leather was tighter to the case and possibly black, this wouldve been awesome looking. But still not $5000 worth, if it was an option for a couple hundred more and i was a filthy rich CEO, id seriously consider it

    How can you say that... it was master crafted by Samurai warriors using only the finest Corinthian leather approved by Ricardo Montalban himself.

    Obviously everyone on this thread is just mere peasants. :p

    Well, think of it this way:

    1) Aside from the already mentioned expert Samurai craftsman manually stitching leather jackets onto these special edition x61s',

    2) The fine grain leather used in these reserve editions are pulled from first born cows of the finest Japanese pedigree

    3) Raised on an exclusive diet of traditional home brewed Japanese beer to make the hide tender and velvety to the touch



    Just picture how much beer that cow drank to give you all this leather. I think we are getting a tremendous bargain at only $5K :)
