    Hi all,

I am planning to get x61 and new to thinkpad. I have a few service related questions.

    1. If the laptop dead on arrival (DOA) or have serious dead pixel/bright pixel or keyboard or any other serious problem, what is the response from Lenovo. Do you repair or replace a new one?

    2. I read somewhere the NDB service is still IBM Global service taking care (not Lenovo)? I heard a lot of bad stories after Lenovo taking over? However, if IBM is really taking care the NBD service, I think probably should be still good, right?
Is it worth to upgrade to Next Business day in Toronto, Canada or in Canada in general? Is it really NBD? Any special constraint? If you are from U.S., I would love to hear from your experiece, too.

    3. How good is the EasyServe? How long from dropping off the laptop to picking it up at Lenovo depot center?

Any Canadian/US experience shared is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
