    Hi all,

I am the owner of a new Thinkpad T410. Generally, I'm happy with it. The only problem is that on the right hand side, there is some mushy flex when pushing the arrows. I have taken a video here: Thinkpad T410 - keyboard flex - YouTube

I just spoke to Lenovo about this, and they've seen the video (I made it for their tech department). The customer service agent told me there's nothing wrong with the keyboard and this is how it ought to be. What do you think? Does that look normal, or am I being overly neurotic about the keyboard?

    Many thanks.

To me that looks like something isn't right.

In every Thinkpad there is normally a weak spot where some flex occurs, however that is a significant amount in multiple places.

I'd continue to pursue a replacement, etc.
