I don't think anyone else is making 180GB SSDs. Intel seems like a good bet. It seems like an OK deal.

It's probably an Intel 330 180GB drive, one that I have in my W520. No problems with it so far.

Thanks all for reply! i received my system yesterday.
I formatted it and installed Windows Server 2012 on it.
It shows one device issue in device manger BCM20702A0.

If I'm not mistaken, BCM20702A0 refer to a Broadcom Bluetooth device. Windows Server 2012 may not include a default driver for it.

If you still have the stock HDD, copy the SWTOOLS folder onto a USB flash drive. Plug that USB drive in, highlight the unresolved device, point to the SWTOOLS folder and tell Windows to search the subfolders for the appropriate driver.

Alternatively, you could search the Lenovo support site.

You are lucky, as if you wanted to have it (for mouse or speakers etc), it would take far more work than just installing the drivers. Windows Server 2008, R2 and 2012, unlike their desktop counterparts, do not include Bluetooth stack (it's been, historically, a massive security hole).
