    Thinkpad T61 Blu-Ray Loudness and Vibration?

    Anyone review the bluray drive for the T61?

    Is it loud when it runs? Also how is the vibration?

    Lenovo's Blu-Ray drive is not compatible with the T61's UltraBay Slim modular bay, since it is an UltraBay Enhanced device. It's a few milimeters too thick, and can only fit in the R61. However, it can fit in the Advanced Dock, which can be used with a T61.

    Supposedly Panasonic has a 9.5mm height Blu-Ray drive, but I haven't heard anything about it going into a ThinkPad.
