    Hey,
I have recently purchased a Thinkpad T61, it has 40 GB in C drive and 40 GB on D drive. now yesterday, when for the first time, I allowed the system to back up, I noticed that, at the end of the backup, the C:/ drive had become double the size, and still, when I go to the system "back and restore" options, it says, the computer has no available backups !!
Initially the C:/ drive was ~ 22 GB which is just a little more than what the think vantage technologies eats up.
I don't know what has happened to almost 18 GB of my C:/ drive space !,
even if I see all the hidden as well as the system files, neither do I find any file made at the time I did the backup yesterday, nor is there any file of such enourmous size to explain the increased space usage. the drive has almost gone "red" to indicate that the drive has hardly any space left. !!
please help what can I do??
    cheers
    narayan
