Extreme Poor Support which takes Months for simple problems

**DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A LENOVO LAPTOP IN INDIA**

I purchased a very expensive Thinkpad last year. I have a complete 3 year warranty along with a next business day support. Since then I have been fighting with the Customer Service Representatives for different things and found following irregularities:

    1. I complained about the Optical Drive on 20th of March, 2013, via Web Call. It was not working and that complaint was resolved in around 52 days. Ever since, I have been tortured mentally with each and every complaint.

    2. Then, once my system was totally dead, I complained about the Motherboard on 30th May, 2013, via Toll Free number of Lenovo Care. The motherboard was replaced in around 28 days. In the meanwhile, my system was dead. As a business person, anyone can understand that a Business laptop is not for fooling around but for serious work.

    3. This time, on the 29th of July, 2013, I complained about the faulty Optical Drive and TouchPad (Ref. No. 8001472679, Service Order No. 7005443989). Till date all I am getting is new dates. Even after weeks of complaint, we haven't reached anywhere on this case.

In all these problems and unreal delays, all the company could offer me was the most frequently used word in Lenovo company i.e. 'Sorry'.

Correct Lenovo India representatives are useless.
You get a way better support with Dell.

Just try tweeting them. They have started support via Twitter in India.
