I need the two little rubber pieces that sit on both sides of the keyboard, which serve as stoppers for the screen when it's closed. Does anyone know the exact part numbers, or where I can find them? Thank you.

Alright, well, I'm going to go ahead and assume no one here knows, so I think my best bet will be to find someone selling a broken X220 tablet cheap, and then just buy the whole thing for spare parts.

The hardware maintenance manual isn't too helpful as the exploded views don't even show those rubber tabs. There's a "rubber kit", P/N 04W1783, but it's apparently hard to find and no one knows what's in it anyways. Such as it goes with old units and obscure parts.

They break off so easily. Unfortunately they are MIA on my X220 tablet as well :(

There are other pads that can likely be used, e.g. these - but they're not what you'd call cheap; plumber shop might provide better alternative.

    Are you talking about
    (1) the two round rubber things that are near the corners of the palm rest or
    (2) the trapezoidal rubber things that are on the side of the two keyboards?

As far as I know, those are not service parts that Lenovo sold separately. As such, they can only be purchased with parts of the shell. The round things come with the palmrest, and the trapezoidal things come with the keyboard bezel.

@Raftina looking at palmrest photos on eBay, they seem to lack the rubber pads.

Cut your own will give you lots of spare material for the future. The shape is so simple to cut and in any event you can cut different shape.

Material should be 1.5mm or 2.0mm thick and of the correct rubber hardness. Quiet hard is required I have no experience there. It would be trial and error.
A rubber hardness of "SHORE 60 A" seams alright being harder than a door seal but not so hard as a car tyre. In small scale, things will be stiffer in any case.
Here is a table to check it out https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shore_durometer

There is plenty on Ebay in various sizes and materials. Search for: rubber sheet . If you include hardness value include looking in descriptions.

Neoprene materials are not suitable. They have air bubbles in them.

I think buying a sheet and cutting yourself is the most interesting way.
