    Hey hi

After finally recovering my system to factory settings. I have a question and please bear with me. If i upgrade(not clean install) to windows 8 pro, how will it affect my Lenovo_Recovery partition? Will I be able to if in case required, revert back to my windows 7 factory setting using F11 keys during boot up? Or this functionality will get erased and my recovery partition will be of no use.

Also if i do clean install, I have read it that your windows will not activate as its an upgrade. In that case you need to call Microsoft and explain them your predicament and if its your lucky day you might get it activated. There are some other methods probably not legal to overcome this. Please share your view on that. Also how would re-clean install will affect the activation/system?

    Please reply.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hey

I upgraded(not clean install) to windows 8 pro, but now when i press F11 key during boot up, I am not getting Lenovo recovery environment. I tried disabling safe boot option in windows 8, but its of no use.
Anybody has any suggestion how to access my recovery partition, if i want to rollback to windows 7.
