I am trying to help a family member out because her computer has tons of virus and is pretty much unusable. She does not have any software and it came with windows vista. I want to upgrade it to windows 7 since it is a better OS I just wanted to make sure that I am going to be able to find compatible drivers and not have any hardware issues...any help would be great!

I'm sorry that should be an Ideapad
