This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Thinkpad warranty extension - can it be done ONLY after the original warranty has expired ?
    Anyone know the pricing structure/limitations ?

    No, it must be done before the warranty expires. You are allowed to change your warranty ONCE.

    Hum. I might be wrong about having to do it before it expires... Although I am fairly certain you can only "upgrade" your warranty once.
