    Thinkpad wifi keeps turning off. HELP!

    I've had this on all the thinkpads I've owned. I switched off the wireless radio using Fn F5 and back on a few minutes later. Now it turns off simutanesly every few minutes or after reboots. I can't figure out how to avoid this.

    Do you use Access Connections software?
    Do you have ehternet (LAN) connected at the same time?

    No and no. I just use the regular windows network software. Are they clashing? Is one turning off the other? I just want it to get back to the way it was, no random shutting down.

    Found it and changed my sig accordingly, I heart Google!!!! :)

    Nice find, I'd been struggling with my WiFi, as well. Changed settings and all is well now.
