I got a Thinkpad T440s for a good price but I didn't know it had a locked bios. I've checked the bios, UEFI secure boot is disabled and I'm able to choose boot device via F12. But of course can't update bios or do any other changes.

Is it worth keeping or should I return it?

Do you want to use secure boot or update the BIOS?

No. Things seem ok except for one possible issue - I couldn't get webcam to work, then in bios under 'integrated peripherals I/O' it has the fingerprint reader and webcam as disabled. This is why its not showing up in Windows, right? If so its a reason I don't want to keep this.
