    You do not need to match the RAM exactly. Any 1333MHz (PC 10600) DDR3 SODIMM should work fine. For example, I have a Crucial module sitting alongside my Lenovo-supplied Samsung module.

    so all the different cas/ras latency timings won't matter? is there anyone able to find the exact same samsung ram anywhere?

    Exact same? Highly unlikely. For most people Samsung is only sold OEM, they are now selling retail. But RAM is RAM is RAM. As long as your machine POSTs and passes a few rounds of memtest, it doesn't really matter.
