So this is how it started...

My Thinkpad T60 was being slow to response...
Tried to do a CHKDSK...But Cannot...
So I scheduled it for next boot..
But it doesn't chk on any boot..

Then tried booting from an Windows Setup CD...
And tried to go on recovery console..
Doesn't go.. it cannot detect the HDD....
Why? HDD is there... I can boot to windows... but cannot CHKDSK..

So I thought.. May be it has something to do with TPM/Client Security Software
But I had uninstalled it previously from my thinkpad..
So I couldn't acess the setup ... So I tried to download the New 8.1 Version..
But cannot download it for some reason...
I know a usual response will be to chk the firewall settings...
But I did download other softwares from Lenovo Website at the same time...

    So .. NOW I'm stuck...

Any Help.. About CHKDSK... About TPM... About Client Security...
    is Greatly Appreciated....

    Thanks...!

PS: Does anyone has the client security software that I can download from an alternate server ?
