    Hey guys,

I tried to open Thankvantage Toolbox and get stuck. It worked for a while but now it just stopped at "obtaining system status" and never finished the diagnosis. I have tried uninstalled and reinstalled and it still didn't work. Any help would be appreciated.

IIRC there is a bug with some older versions where if you had firefox installed it just completely failed at life.

However, the newer versions for win 7 seem to work just fine for me.

See if you can get a friend to download it and copy it to a transportable common medium. Then try and install it.

Thanks for the reply. I tried downloading it from another machine and then reinstalled again but it still didn't work. Patrick, I don't understand what you said about Firefox. Do you mean that by running Firefox the Thinkvantage Toolbox would not work?
