I am on my THIRD laptop now. I have had to return it twice, first for a mouse problem, and second for a sceen problem. Now my new laptop has another problem. There is absolutely no sound.

From out of the box there was no sound at all. I dont know what to do. All the volum is turned up and on. I ran the PC Doctor audio test and it failed. Even itunes brings up an error message saying there is a problem with my sound configuration before it loads up.

I looked on the site and tried downloading the "BIOS" but im not sure how to install them. Can you guys think of anything else I can do? I know for a fact that my circuit city doens nt have anymore of these notebooks. If I were to return it again I would have to drive for about an hour. Thanks.
