Hello, i need some help to find a way in disabling "Throttling" that causes fps spikes to reduce heat. I have already tried looking in BIOS for "EIST" but its not there, my battery is on "High Performance" and i've also tried the "ThrottleStop 8.0", but non of it worked.

    My cpu is: i7-4720
