    Time Frame to get a Refund on T400?

    I ordered a T400 on 1/19/09 and was able to configure the same computer today for about $100 less. Does anybody know what the time frame is for which i'm allowed to get a refund of the price difference by giving them a quote number?

    yep, 21 days from the build date i think, but you're close enough where a complaint may get you somewhere. good luck.
