    I recently bought this messenger for my T400...on sale for $50.00 at a local fry's (Originall 89.99). The messenger fits the T400 like a glove!, if you have 9-cell you won't be able to close the velcro strap but its not a big deal. Checkout the pictures

    Looks like a great bag you got there. Do you know or have any experience as to how this compares to the Waterfield messenger bag?

    no, i have no experience with the waterfield messenger, but I believe this bag is sturdy enough for my taste. I can carry 1 regular sized textbook, two 5 subject notebooks, calculator, drink, pens, folder and ipod with no problem!
