    Hi all!

Just got a T61p about 3 months ago now and am beginning to notice a peculiar issue.

The toplate on the body (the part with the keyboard, touchpad and all that) seems to be warping with the center bending upwards. I don't know when this began but I can definitely depress the center line of the plate (from the middle of where the monitor meets the plate to the center of the touchpad) to make it more level, but of course it doesn't remain that way. Any ideas as to what could be causing this and if it is fixable?

    Thanks,
    Darunium

Are there screws on the bottom of the laptop that go COMPLETELY through the bottom to right under the warped area? Is the area actually loose or something? If not, then it may be caused by heat because keyboards can warp if your laptop gets too hot.
