I always use my touchpoint and it would occasionally get stuck towards moving in the upper right hand corner and I would usually solve it by taking off the red rubber cover and moving it to the lower left corner. Now my touchpoint is very minutely moving toward the upper left corner and I can't fix it with the normal tricks. It gets really annoying when watching movies in full screen mode and every 8 seconds the menu pops up because my cursor has nudged over a pixel. Anyone have any solutions?

So it never properly recalibrates after you let go? Might need a replacement keyboard.

Normally you should just let go and let it recalibrate. Park the mouse in the extreme corner of the direction it is heading in the mean time when you watch videos.

Tried that already, as long as the trackpoint still sends the signal that its moving the menu still pops up.

Nope. I just tried to watch a show on Hulu yesterday and started out of no where.

My TrackPoint stays calibrated for the most part but I find it drifting to the left occasionally. I think it might be due to the way I use it? Hopefully the replacement keyboard that's on its way will fix this..

Both Thinkpads I've had have done that, but in random directions, the trackpoint would/will just start drifting whichever way it wants.
On my old 380xd there was no remedy, on my T61p, as soon as I tap the trackpad the cursor stops moving, its like the trackpad takes control from the trackpoint and then it goes back to normal, not sure if this helps you at all?
