What are some of the best laptop cases for Thinkpads? I don't mind paying more for a durable briefcase/bag if it can withstand moderate to strong impacts and vibration. What do/would you buy?

If you want something for strong impacts, wouldn't a metal case be the way to go?

IMHO no soft case could withstand strong impacts. Because it's, well, soft and lacking any structural strength.

Get a Pelican Case and cover it with Velvet cloth...
