Do you guys know a way to transfer recovery media from one flash drive to another flash drive?

After getting my X230T I created the recovery media in a wrong flash drive, strangely copying the volume to another flash drive doesn't work.

After copying all the files use bootsect to make the drive bootable

So don't copy the partition or anything like that, but just copy the files and make that flash drive bootable?
