    read in an article from cheap laptops that the lenovo ideapad y710
    with core 2 duo 2.5GHz & bluray disc which is now at $1860 at tiger direct .That in april its price will fall to $1200. is this true ?

    Tiger Direct is the devil.
    They just bought whats left of Compusa.
    If you buy from them, you will very likely regret it.
    Check their reseller ratings, i haven't done so for a long time, but they were absolutley horrible a few years ago.
