I got my T61 a couple of days ago, and ordered the Turbo Memory module from buy.com. However when i tried to install it i could not find anywhere to put it. There is two slots just above the memory modules where the left one contains the wireless lan card (not wwan), but the right one is two small to fit the memory module (the pins fit, but the module is too long). Is there another type (smaller) module i should get instead? or am I missing something here?

I'll answer this one myself. I was looking at the wrong spot. At first glance it looks like it should go to the right of the wlan card (and the pins fits here, but the card is to long), but after looking closer it should go to the left rotated 90 degrees against the left side of the case.

am i correct in thinking - the keyboard has to come off in order to install this memory - or can u access it from the back of the laptop?
