    Two unknown driver issues

    I have downgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate and have two unknown drivers listed as USB Controller (USB ports do work) and one simply listed as an unknown driver. Anyone know anything about these drivers.

    Have you tried installing the Intel Chipset driver to see if it clears the unknown drivers? You can refer to this thread here for help on your model.

    from my experience normally is the power manager driver. and also might be ur USB3.0. i dont know. just a random guess. u can try google the hardware ID from the device manager.
