After buying the U330 on August 8/24, I still haven't received my cash back (without CPP)
So I talked to them today and....
Jua R. - Did you use any online coupons or promotional codes when you made your purchase?
Me - yes i did use an online coupon
Jua R. - Oh Ok, if you use an online coupon it invalidates the cashback. Online coupons and discounts are not allowed with the cashback program.
ME - oh really? I am a bit confused because there are quite a few people who have gotten their cash backs even when using the same promotion code i used.
Jua R. Yes, unfortunately. Users have had their cashback cancelled after the fact for using the promo codes. If they were still granted the cashback it is because the merchant did not catch it, it violates Microsoft's terms and conditions.
same problem for anyone else??

Well... I'd still give it 7 business days for it to pop up on Live cashback. After that, submit a claim with Microsoft.
They do have a point though, it's technically not supposed to work with promotional coupons.
This is why I went with CPP. -
well worked for me immediately, cash back right away
however i ended up cancelling that order and ordered through cpp and i got 70 of the $100 off immediately rather than waiting 60 days for it.
ironically, the cash back is still in my account, wonder if i'll still get it in 60 days even with the canceled order -
I seem to have gotten away with it, although I did have to email Microsoft for it to show up.
I wonder if I'll have to email them again after I pricematch. -
