    U330 GPS function?

    The higher config U330 states that it has a Ericsson F3507g WWAN module, which is "Stand Alone GPS Capable" so am I to believe that the U330 has a GPS function?

    It would sure help in my T400 vs U330 decision.

    No it wouldnt, im talking to the rep, the Ericsson WWAN module thing is a typo.

    You sure it is a typo? on my order status it shows that module, thats for a T400 though, it would be nice to know that my laptop can do GPS as well ;)

    I believe any notebook with WWAN module is capable of GPS function even if you don't activate and sign up to a 2-year contract.

    Yeah im sure its a typo for the U330, asked the rep to confirm. It has the regular stuff and bluetooth, I saw it on the detailed specs sheet which has all of their models. I cant access it at the moment, but will tell you what it has tomorrow, and will check for the T400 too.
