So I was just taking a look at some pictures of the U330 keyboard and I noticed that the return key is in kind of a weird spot. (Or maybe just not what I am used to). There is three keys in between the "L" key and the "return" key instead of the two Semi Colon and Apostrophe key I am used to. Is this something that is easy to get used to? The u110 and x200 keyboards aren't like this. Any comments? Spec wise, and aesthetically I like the u330 but I don't know if I could deal with that keyboard layout.
Is Lenovo's return policy pretty good?
Thanks in advance! I hope everyone enjoys their u330s when they arrive!

i believe you were looking at the european version and not the US, the keyboard should be like every other keyboard your used to!

this has been asked about other times, and the same reply was given so we should be good!

and its a 21 day return policy, 100%, no restocking fee and should work just fine

****, I hate it when I ask questions that have been asked 100 times, well thanks for the quick reply. In my defense I tried to search through some threads on the u330 to see if I could find out myself...but obviously not much luck. Good news though, maybe ill order tonight and send it back if I hate it.

I decided to go read the lenovo return policy myself and it says that it accepts UNOPENED items with no restocking fee if the return is due to a "Lenovo error" . If they are opened or returned for any other reason they are subject to a 15% restocking fee. On second thought, ill wait for some reviews to come out :mask:

oh i didn't mean that in a bad way at all, because i was wondering that too about the keyboard - i was just letting you know, since multiple people have confirmed, that it should for sure will have the correct keyboard!

sorry if you thought i meant you shouldn't have asked because it already has been :)

and i had no idea about that, i am quite suprised with that since HP is 21 day, no restocking even if opened. I just assumed if one company is like that, they all will compete and are the same

well that makes my purchase a little less welcoming.

confirmed: 21 day return policy, and there is a 15% restocking fee whether or not you open it. The only way to avoid the restocking fee is if you convince them that you returned it because of a Lenovo error

It's good if someone would set up a U330 owner's thread and we can discuss everything about it

I would start an "official U330 Owners thread" but would that mean I have to constantly update it and such? I am probably not the best candidate for that.
