    U330 with WRONG hard drive shipped!

    I ordered my U330 with 320gb and I got 280 INSTEAD!
    Check your hard drives people! How the heck did this happen??

    they use 40 or so GB for the onekey recovery partition

    your drive is perfectly normal

    Ummm.. They don't make 280GB HDD's, AFAIK.

    Maybe you have a 320. Windows and the recovery partition can sometimes take up quite a bit of space....

    HDD manufacturers think Giga mean 10^9, but computers count in binary and think Giga is 1024^3.

    That knocks the capacity down to below 300GB. Then there's likely the hidden (recovery?) partition.

    OMG!!! W T F BBQ!!! I ordered a 3TB HD and it shows as only having 2,500,000,000 MB available!!!!~
