    UPS Exception Notification

    Hello guys.

    UPS has been delaying the delivery of my computer and the reason is "Exception Reason: THE SHIPMENT IS BEING HELD BY BROKERAGE FOR REASONS BEYOND UPS' CONTROL" and later on the message reads "BROKERAGE RELEASED SHIPMENT. SHIPMENT IS SUBMITTED TO CLEARING AGENCY FOR FURTHER CLEARANCE" and again....

    Second time this message appears, second delay.

    Any idea what is going on?

    Usually takes one day or less to clear. Remember, international shipping requires special documentation and paperwork be attached to the outside of your UPS package.

    Try www.iship.com for tracking updates. Owned by UPS, iship actually posts tracking info BEFORE the UPS site does. Don't ask me how :) Fyi, also tracks packages shipped with other major couriers like FedEx or DHL.

    It is perfectly normal for it to take 24-48 hours at customs. Your package is fine. :D
