    Ordered an in stock prebuilt model (cheapest C100 available) for family use for our vacation out east in August, and now on the day it was supposed to ship, its backordered and expected to ship the day after we leave :rolleyes:

    Ugh, can't something just happen smoothly :(

    Well thats not really a surprise with Lenovo. Maybe they will ship it earlier then the date...I doubt they are in that high of demand. Any reason you picked a Lenovo model instead of an inexpensive HP or something from Best Buy etc. ?

    I reviewed the c100's a few months ago with a test model, and it blows away any of the other cheap-o models in build quality and durability.

    I know what you mean...my T60 was expected to ship on the 12th of July after I ordered it June 29th. Then on the 12th the date got pushed back to the 21st. Luckily for me, it shipped today! So, there is still hope that yours could ship before the expected date!
